Polen Realty began as a real estate brokerage and has since evolved into a media and distribution platform - producing professional property media and connecting developers across Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi with qualified, often diaspora, buyers. We built a mobile-first website engineered around that shift: 'properties that speak for themselves,' with vertical video, direct WhatsApp enquiry and a design language built for buyers browsing on a lunch break in London or a commute in Toronto.
